This is the last date of music festival “Arrecife en Vivo” 2016 with amazing performances ahead:
Material de Contrabando at 6:00 pm at the Charco de San Ginés stage (Bulla-Naia).
Guineo Colectivo at 7:30 pm at Plaza de Las Palmas (La Tentación Stage).

2. Canarias Surf Film Festival 2016 La Graciosa

"Flautas del Mundo" (World Flutes), is a Master Class offered by the "School of Music Tonin Corujo" completely free, aimed at all fans of wind instruments and also to all those who have the curiosity to enjoy this class with Juan Cantero, on Friday 14 at 5:00 pm.
4. II Festival of Poetry of Lanzarote
The II Festival of Poetry of Lanzarote develops from 13 to 15 October. The three days are program for Arrecife, Playa Honda and Tinajo. It will feature Israel Curbelo, Suso Sanchez Sudón, Gopar guitar, Ricardo Sanchez Flores-pastor and many more friends of poetry.
5. IV Foro de Agroecología y Biodiversidad en Canarias
The IV Forum Agroecology and Biodiversity in the Canary Islands starts this week with an extensive program of activities:
Classes, water route, meeting and awards, workshops for children and adults, on ecology, recycling and product development, among many others.
6. Fiestas El Mojón 2016 Ntra. Sra. del Rosario

7. Jaula de bateo. Biosfera Plaza.

8. Tempo Lanzarote Jameos del Agua 2016.
Saturday 15 October Lanzarote Tempo opens again. It is the first of six dates of the successful visual, musical and stage show in Auditorium Jameos del Agua. New singers and dancers and new musical compositions to provide new features to a performance that captivated hundreds of "Lanzaroteños" who enjoyed it in its first season.
The viewer can feel the star of a gripping story that takes him or her to live some of the most notable chapters in the history of the island. Because that's Tempo, a trip back in time through music and images, a story told and sung about what Lanzarote was, and the difficulties overcome by locals over the past centuries.

9. Concert: Red Stone Face
On Saturday October 15 Tías Municipal Theatre presents: "Red Stone Face" in concert at 8:30 pm. The instrumental style, fusion, rock, blues, funk and jazz group will perform songs from their album and the latest compositions. This trio of canary-Italian components based in Tenerife has influences as: Erick Johnson, Steve Morse, Billy Cobham, Mike Stern, Frank Gambale, Larry Carlton and John Scofield.

10. "Pequeruta" in Montaña Colorada
Geopark organizes a "Pequeruta" (little route) in Montaña Colorada this Saturday October 15, an activity that will provide geological information in a didactic format and specially adapted for children. The tour is in the Natural Park of the Volcanoes and participants will know the details of the first volcanic eruptions in Lanzarote in 1730.
The group will walk approximately three kilometers with a low level of difficulty. The estimated route is three to four hours.
11. Ocean Lava Lanzarote Triathlon 2016
The Ocean Lava Lanzarote Triathlon 2016 is held on Sunday October 16 at 1:00 pm in Arrecife. Saturday 15 it will be the Ocean Lava Aquathlon for children, from noon with the start of categories: prebenjamin, benjamin, alevin, children and0 cadets.
On Sunday, the output will be from 12:00 hours for man and women.
12. Pateus Nocturnus Maguez
Juventud Haría celebrates this saturday the night route "Pateus Nocturnus" in Máguez to enjoy the first full moon of autumn. The route will start at 9:00 pm from the Maguez Church square. Attendees are advised to bring water, flashlight, clothing and comfortable shoes. All children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
13. Children's Workshop: Soapmaking with felt.
Deiland Mall, under its program of activities for children in Lanzarote, offers the Children's Workshop: "Soapmaking with felt" on Saturday October 15, Global Handwashing Day, at 6:00 pm.

The Classical Concert: Violin + piano with Lilian Akopova and violinist Matthias Well is held this sunday with a program that includes: Mendelssohn-Bartholdy (1809 - 1847): Variations Sérieuses, op. 54, L. v. Beethoven (1770 - 1827): Sonate Nr. 23 f-moll op. 57 - "Appassionata", A. Babadjanian (1921 - 1983): Preludio + Vagharshapat Dance, S. Rachmaninov (1873 - 1943): Sonate Nr. 1 d-moll op. 28.
